StoreGuard

Support

Need help with StoreGuard? Most questions are answered below; for anything else email support@ufurt.com and we’ll get back to you within one business day.

Installation

  1. Install StoreGuard from the Shopify App Store.
  2. Approve the requested permissions (read-only access to products and inventory).
  3. StoreGuard runs an initial catalog scan automatically — for most stores this takes under a few minutes.
  4. Add your alert email under Settings → Notifications.

How monitoring works

StoreGuard keeps a snapshot of your catalog and compares it against live data from Shopify webhooks (real time) and scheduled scans (daily on Free, hourly on Pro). Unexpected, large, or commercially dangerous changes — suspicious price drops, inventory crashes, products disappearing from your Online Store, collections emptying out, bulk catalog mistakes — become incidents with a severity. Routine edits stay in the change history without alerting you.

Change Intelligence (Pro) correlates mass operations: when hundreds of changes happen within minutes, you get one clear event explaining what happened, the likely source, and the estimated impact — instead of hundreds of separate alerts.

Understanding incidents

Billing

Plans use Shopify App Pricing and appear on your Shopify invoice: Free ($0), Pro ($29/month), Growth ($79/month). There are no free trials. Open Billing in the app and choose View plans / Manage plan to change plans on Shopify's plan page. Downgrading to Free keeps core monitoring for up to 100 products.

Privacy and data requests

StoreGuard stores catalog data only — no customer personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details, retention windows, and how uninstall deletion works. For data requests, email support@ufurt.com.
